Jangurupureri is a semi-progressivist & semi-traditional, Constitutional & Parliamentary Monarchist Democracy with severe Internationalism. It means that a coalition of parties and the dynasty has over the Sassiakastomo Mandates, but the coalition has more control over it than the dynasty does, and as such, the Sun Dragon Emperor must act upon what is best for the nation, following both the Rules of Individuality & Morality, and what the Mandates allow and don't allow. As such, there is a dynasty, a parliament, and branches of government within the nation of Jangurupureri. This is why it is considered a Union of Monarchist Republics, rather than a Monarchist Republic itself.
It also means that Jangurupureri is very open towards improving relations and getting to know more nations while still being it's own movement.
It also means that culture is revolved around progressive ideas, and progressive ideas are centered around culture, meaning that both are implemented within daily Janguresian life. Progressivism in Jangurupureri means, "To reshape our society to be more inclusive, be less corrupt, and improve living standards and opportunities for all. This includes the inclusion of cultural ideas that fit with progressive human rights standards. Any ideas that involve the harm of people (who are still alive) are not permitted; however, said culture can continue practicing all other ideas in the culture."
If you are still not sure as to what it means to have culture be shaped by progressive ideas and progressive ideas be shaped by culture, here is what we mean:
Things in some cultures that could be harmful to others, such as cannibalism, aren't allowed, but all other practices are ok, while things that don't allow for the showing of culture, identity, or individuality, aren't practiced or permitted, but all other practices are ok.

The United Monarchist Republics of Jangurupureri was established in November of 2085, after gaining independence from Nepal. The reason we are called the United Monarchist Republics is because we are like the Holy Roman Empire, but much smaller. Jangurupureri was founded with the help of 3 different political parties and the unification of those parties by Wu Sassikastomo. The reason you may see the political parties represented everywhere in our nation is because the political parties sparked hope in a better future in people in the area of modern-day Jangurupureri. All of the political parties were each founded by the three majority groups, and each of those three majority groups had joined these political parties. There would've been a Nepalese Civil War, had it not been for our founding Sun Dragon Emperor.
He unified the parties to solve the conflict regarding independence diplomatically and peacefully. Eventually, in 2085, due to the Suez Canal Crisis, a Trade Block from both China and India, and much more, Nepal had to release the land we now call home, in fear of the rest of the country collapsing, thus causing the birth of Jangurupureri.
Eventually, With help from the Chittagong State, which formed from the Eastern Side Of India, Jangurupureri eventually took all of Nepal. Jangurupureri later experienced a severe economic crisis of it's own; however, with help of the Janguresian Parliament, Ms. Volinia, and many others, Jangurupureri was able to get back up on it's feet and continue making their mark on Orbis. The Janguresian Economic Crisis saw the severe creation of many things, including companies, laws, organizations, and ideas. It was also a time where less diplomacy and less democracy had happened; however, this is because since there was nobody that was working except for most of the Janguresian Government, they had to do a lot of things to make sure that everyone in the country was able to start living comfortably again. This was especially the case for the Janguresian Parliament, who had to work 24/7 during the Janguresian Economic Crisis.
After the Economic Crisis, there were new markets being created, a severe increase in mining jobs due to the Iron Rush of 2086, and more diplomatic relations. As Jangurupureri went on, it eventually got accepted into two major alliances, the Global Watch, and the Orbis United Nations. Both were really accepting of the newly adapted nation, and due to the severe diplomatic boom that Jangurupureri was getting, it eventually lead to what Janguresian scientists call, "The Jangu-Sphere." It's a name, adapted by these same scientists to describe the influence Jangurupureri had on the world; however, it's influence is a weird type of influence, as it's not in a sphere shape at all. It's more like a weird blob then anything, but Jangurupureri's severe wanting of diplomacy eventually got them wrapped up in a diplomatic confusion, where their study agreement partner, Daverberg, is up against the Systems Empire, a member of the OUN. This caused the Janguresian Parliament to create a system to help combat Diplomatic Confusion. Based on the system that they're currently working on refining, they'll be able to choose who they want to create diplomatic relations with, and be able to make sure that they're getting the most of the relationship.

As a member of the GW, we'll work on making sure that peace is kept throughout the world, do it with a great matter of efficiency, and we'll even fight for the peace that we wish to keep. We may not look strong on the outside, but we are in the inside, and when you have the determination to fight for your passion, your strength equals the strength of 1,000,000 men.

As a proud member of the OUN, I'll contribute to the OUN by pitching in towards matters about the events of the OUN, and I'll make sure to do my part in the OUN. I'll also make sure that as a memberstate, that I'll be respectful to the other memberstates.

this is because while I was part of the Aequitas International, and that I would still love to be a part of said alliance, because of my Secreterial job in the Order Of The White Lotus, it makes it more difficult to do so.
I'll still try to help any Aequitas International member regarding wars and such if my interception is required; however, I'll not do so unless discussed with fellow White Lotus members.
I'll also advocate for things regarding the Aequitas International unless whatever the Aequitas International is discussing about has some negative tension with the White Lotus alliance.

History
The Idea of Jangurupureri became a thing in a Nepalese conference way back in 1923, here in the world of Orbis, but the name Jangurupureri was not mentioned until after the independence movement in November 2085. The original name would have been Taipingyan, which was a way of representing the Chinese majority there; however, 120 years after this conference meeting even happened, they eventually drifted off from being referred to as Chinese, as the majority had longer felt like they weren't part of the Chinese culture anymore, so they had come up with their own name for their own race. The Nepalese government did not recognize them as their own race, and as a result, became the spark and the beginning of what would eventually be the independence movement of Jangurupureri. After Taipingyang got it's independence, it had figured that the name that was given to them was not fitting, so they had decided to hold a secretive vote as to what their new nation name would be, and one person used their custom ethnic language to create the name of Jangurupureri, which meant "Beyond the skies we rise, United in strife, together in peace." Due to the symbolism greatly representing all people groups in that area, they had decided to officially name the nation to Jangurupureri, which is how we got to the nation we have today.
The reason why the Nepalese government didn't accept of this cultural sovereignty was because of the PRC. They didn't want neither a Civil War nor a war with China to break out as they figured that both would likely result in the collaspe of Nepal, it also didn't help that the 2085 Suez Crisis had blocked a large amount of trade, which had severely reduced the amount of military units able to support, and so as a result, when Wu came in to the plate, the Nepalese government had officially declared the State of Taipingyan an independent country. The reason behind this was because of the spreading idea of communitarian individualism in the area where the first origins of Jangurupureri came from, freedom of oppression and discrimination by the Free State Of Nepal, to free those from social and political repression, and to free the Free State Of Nepal from the facist regime that started there in the early 2040s.
Wu had major influence over the nation, is the first emperor, and was actually the reason why we have a Parliament and 5 Branches of Government. It represents the unification of the 3 ethnic political parties, unified by the might and wits of Wu himself, and the inclusion of new comings towards the enlightenment of the nation's education. The Parliament allows Wu and other emperors to still make huge decisions, but only if the public allows of the conduct that they plan on doing. While the original three branches symbolically represent each of the 3 political parties, none of the political parties governs a single one, rather all government a piece of every single one, so they can contribute to the Sassiakomoto Cardes Imperaousli, or the Sassiakomoto Consitutional Mandates of the People. This is a constitution that would allow for the representation of all in the nation whilst respecting one's wishes. Wu is known as a diplomat, as he has tried to form many bonds with nations of great democracy or democratic practices in which he feels as commendable. Artwork Imperial had become the first ever news organization from Jangurupureri to do any news at all.
The other two branches were made fairly recently, as a response to Arassigana Kariaosium and Wu Sassiakastomo's wanting more political freedoms and reducing the amount of corruption within the governmental system by running it through more branches of government, and as such, appointed that certain places in the state shall be owned by the state, but only to benefit relations with the state's citizens to better understand their problems, and to be able to connect with their citizens. This is so they don't have to reform their government so much and so their government doesn't get too corrupt super easily, which is why most of these places and things are avaliable to the public. The only things owned by the state are parks, certain news stations, and certain television channels; however, the United Monarchist Republics of Jangurupureri has a very interesting way of business. The UMRJ has a mixed business plan, where the state can own businesses, as do the people as well; however, the UMRJ is moving more towards privatized businesses, as the physiology of the Parliament and Wu Sassikastomo went like this: "Why have the state control everything in the nation, especially one with a lot of people in such a small place? If the state has a bunch of ideas for things, then what are the odds that these people that live in our society do as well? Very High; however, we still want to be able to express the ideas in which we have and allow both the state and the people to contribute what they want to society, which is why we've developed this system, named Communitarian Individualism, which is the idea that individuals can help achieve what they want, and by doing so, in a collective manner, being able to help support the greater good as well; however, to make sure that this system doesn't end up like the Communist System, they decided to allow democratic voting as well, which is why people are able to choose their emperors every 7 years;" However, it is possible for an emperor to be impeached, as every 3.5 years, there is a "approval voting," which shows how much people approve of the current emperor. If more than 50% of the population disapproves of the emperor's decisions, then the emperor shall be removed and replaced with another emperor. On top of all this, but to get a perspective as to how much Wu loved the idea of democracy and the implementation of communitarian individualism, in the redesign of the main capital of the nation (there are technically five capitals, but St. Itihas Vol Kowida is the most involved out of all other capitals), the Parliament held a vote to add 15,000 seats to the Parliamentary Branch of government, and 170,000 more seats towards the 5 Branches of Government.
There was even a contest held to decide the diplomatic and war flag of the nation. The diplomatic flag is the flag used when in conferences or major public political events. The war flag is used in battles and as a symbol of war. As of February 20, 2086, the new war flag, the "Armies Fight, United" variant of the Shanyanguru flag is now the official war flag.
Wu and the rest of the government had made their own currency to establish the idea that they want to become economically independent. Wu has helped Reporter Zhuan Shrauan become a major influence in the world of news as he is currently the only source of news as the nation is not yet super established yet. In order to increase diplomacy across the world for our nation, Wu joined the Serene Wei in looking towards a better future, and an economic and cultural boom had developed within the nation. As of right now, Jangurupureri's missions are in increasing the overall foundation that the nation has set itself up on. The Parliament of Jangurupureri is also attempting to pass a bill over the idea of having more representative freedom, such as city flags, as the city anthem debacle has started a cultural revolution, and not the Mao Zedong one. It has literally caused so many ethnic groups, including the majority groups in St. Tola-Buqa, a city with a large Mongolian population, and St. Dal Riada Plata, a city with a large Riadian population. The cultural uprisings in cities have prompted the government to attempt to allow the usage of custom city flags; however, much will be required to make sure that representation of all ethnic groups within the country is possible.

Sun Dragon Emperor:
They are the head-honcho of the nation, and have political, diplomatic, and some national authority and responsibility. They still have to abide to the Sassiakastomo Mandates; however, they are free to make any decision for the nation so long as they get approved by Parliament, the 5 Branches of Government, and the other emperors. Any action proposed by the emperor will be abolished if the majority of Parliament, the 5 Branches, and the other emperors disapprove of this idea; however, it will absolutely be abolished if the majority of the Parliament and the 5 Branches don't approve of said proposal. This is primarily for reasons regarding the fact that Wu Sassiakastomo had designed the nation to be quite democratic in it's government, and because of this, unless the emperors can provide proof that the emperor's actions are unjustified and something that they shouldn't do, the emperors must provide information.
The Other Emperors:
The other emperors are the second most powerful figure in terms of Monarchy. In terms of national control themselves, the Emperors, especially the Sun Dragon Emperor, are not necessarily the most powerful figure in the nation, rather it is the Parliament and 5 Branches of Government that are the most powerful nationally. The other emperors are like a president, as they are figures that represent their respective kingdoms. No other emperor, except for the Sun Dragon Emperor, is the most powerful above them in the Monarchist sense; however, this is mostly due to the fact that the Sun Dragon Emperor represents the nation as a whole.
Government: Features a Parliament and 5 Branches of Government.
Parliament is the most well-known, as the Parliament handles a lot of things, after much happens in the five Branches.
The Five Branches are all located in the 5 first cities ever created in Jangurupureri, and as such, those five cities are semi-capitals of the nation, meaning that Jangurupureri has five capitals, with St. Shangri-La being the Siauricapitayga (Grand Center).
Civilians are able to vote for whatever they want to vote, and then the voting counts must be checked 5 times by everyone, even the Sun Dragon Emperor, to make sure that the vote made by the civilians were all accounted for, and weren't rigged or modified in some way; however, the voting count is first, the of the duty of about 20,000 members of government, then of 150,000 members of government, then of all members of government; however, this kind of level of counting for votes is only when it's a vote that could affect everyone within the nation.
Votes in a niche area, or weren't created by the government are counted by up to 22,000 members of government, three times.
